Session goes live
The timetable opens the class on schedule, or the lecturer starts it by sharing their location. Officers can assist from the attendance desk.
Students check in
Hall GPS at the pinned classroom, or scan the lecturer's live QR / type the short code. Join Online Class for remote. One record per student, with present or late.

Geofenced classrooms
Pin a room, set a radius, and students can only mark present when they are actually there. Online class skips GPS on purpose.
Live QR & short code
Optional per school. The lecturer starts class with their location and shows a QR that refreshes every 10 seconds, plus a 6-digit code for rooms without a projector. Students must be near the lecturer.
Device binding
A student account is tied to one phone, so credentials cannot be shared down the row.
Cohorts & invite codes
Students join with a school invite. Programmes and levels stay grouped without a spreadsheet import every week.
Percentage reports
Present, late, and excused count as attended. Cancelled classes are excluded. Filter by programme, module, or class.
Offline-tolerant
If campus Wi-Fi drops, the app can queue a check-in and retry when the network returns.
At-risk students
Admins see who is falling behind from the school dashboard, not at the end of semester.
Tenant isolation
Every query is scoped by school. One campus can never see another's students. Super admin stays on the platform console.

Mark attendance at the hall, join online class, see schedule, disputes, and their own percentage. Website login is blocked on purpose.
Lecturers · optional
Not required — the timetable can open attendance on its own. If your school prefers, lecturers can start class with their location, show the live QR or short code, and review who is in.
Officers · desk
Live roster, search, history, and flags when a class is open. Staff-verified marks need a reason. Excuse a student without rewriting the whole register.
School admin · website
Modules, users, classrooms, delivery mode, and reports. Super admin manages institutions — not another school’s attendance.
